In this challenging yet rewarding Technical Sales Consultant role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our IT solutions. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to advise clients on technical aspects during the sales process and implement our products to ensure maximum value realization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering technical solutions to prospects or clients, encompassing demos, proofs of concept, and production implementations.
  • Evaluating the solutions offered to clients from both a technical and project planning standpoint.
  • Supporting Sales Representatives through every stage of the sales process, from request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP), to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Creating informative documents to facilitate configuration, highlighting key implementation best practices.
  • Interfacing between clients and our Research & Development teams to address intricate technical or product/implementation matters.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • An analytical approach
  • A degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or relevant experience)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The capacity to work harmoniously with clients, maintain high energy levels, and exhibit empathy
  • Significant experience in software implementation, particularly in ITSM or ITIL
  • An advanced command of the English language

Experience with InvGate products is highly advantageous.
