Job Description

The Inside Sales SSR is responsible for optimizing customer contacts by making valuable contributions and strengthening relationships.

This role provides quote support to customers through pre-sales, post-sales, and basic technical support.

The successful candidate will work with customers on sizing, selecting, and recommending equipment that matches application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medium technical solutions and general application assistance to customers.
  • Coordinate multidivisional bundled project quotations with the Inside Sales or Operational team.
  • Work directly with customers, Field Sales, and Field Service to provide presales application support and generate formal quotations.
  • Lead customers through the sizing and selection process to choose equipment meeting their needs.
  • Follow up with customers to answer questions or logs.
  • Practice good phone skills in handling presales technical sales support calls.
  • Support other ISEs and team members to maintain service levels.
  • Perform handovers with Operation and sales teams in cases where quotes are converted into orders.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvements initiatives.
  • Maintain individual performance levels and ensure critical metrics align with targets.
