Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase SAP CX solutions and their value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver sales strategies and product materials that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise to customers, leveraging your knowledge of SAP Sales & Service and other world-class Sales and Service solutions.
• Analyze customer data and business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose customized solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or English.
• Extensive experience in pre-sales and supporting complex, multi-solution architectures.
• Deep knowledge and experience in SAP Sales & Service or another world-class Sales & Service solution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
