Job Overview

Techunting is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to spearhead our Enterprise Sales efforts in the South Cone region of Latin America. As part of our regional operation, you will work closely with our regional teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing sales across multiple countries in the region, promoting our comprehensive AudioCodes solution offering, focusing on SaaS solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customers' business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities.
  • Positioning proposed solutions and calculating their value based on customers' strategies and directions.
  • Driving AC's response to customers' key business problems, improving AC's position for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships.
  • Developing account strategies and positioning AC's capabilities in anticipation of customers' business strategies.
  • Enrolling account teams, partners, SMEs, and internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategies.
  • Creating and maintaining a high-level presence to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships.
  • Developing existing partners and recruiting new ones.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in direct sales in the telecom industry, mainly to large enterprises.
  • A proven track record of selling SaaS to enterprises.
  • Capability in partnering with C-level executives.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Able to deal professionally with different personality types.
  • A consultative selling style.
  • Teamwork and openness.
  • Open-minded and flexible, quick learner with the ability to solve problems.
  • English level: C1
  • Location: Chile or Argentina
