Job Title: District Sales Manager
About the Role:
Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting marketing activities to healthcare professionals, including doctors' group meetings and participating in local conferences to increase awareness of Ferring products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the area business plan to achieve area goals within set budgets.
- Screen accounts in the area to realize potential and preference for Ferring products.
- Evaluate and correct the performance of individual medical representatives based on set objectives.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed of new market developments and report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong data analysis skills.
