Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management
    • Oversee and manage the progression of the sales pipeline in the CRM tool, ensuring data is up-to-date and opportunities are accurately tracked.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure all sales opportunities and information are correctly reflected in the CRM.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate weekly sales reports for the company's management, highlighting pipeline progress and key updates.
  • Proposal Preparation
    • Support the preparation of sales proposals in line with the Sales Manager's strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal requirements.
  • Sales Materials Development
    • Develop high-quality sales materials, including presentations, use cases, and value proposition explanations.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure contract preparation runs smoothly, providing agility to the overall sales process.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain organized and accurate sales records in CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in producing high-quality materials such as presentations and written content.
  • Experience
    • Experience managing or supporting sales processes, including proposal preparation and sales reporting.
  • Collaboration
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth contract and sales operations.
