Sales Operations Manager

Intuition Machines, Inc. is a pioneering company in AI/ML-based enterprise security solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Streamline Sales Processes: Assess and optimize the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop Standardized Sales Processes: Create and implement standardized sales workflows, best practices, and processes to enhance productivity.
- Enhance Sales Data Analytics: Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates and provide actionable insights.
- Sales Data Management: Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Regular Reporting: Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to inform business strategies.
- Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies and improve revenue growth.
- Sales Technology: Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms, to maximize productivity.
- Sales Team Training: Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales representatives, finance, and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success.
- Sales Training and Onboarding: Lead sales training and onboarding programs to improve team skills and product knowledge.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences.
- Internal Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, communicating needs and feedback.
- Process Documentation: Document and maintain sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Sales Technology: Expertise in sales technology and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
