About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with top brands in the market and play a key role in shaping B2B sales for major partners. As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee the work performance of your team, provide clear guidance aligned with sales goals, and foster open communication. You will also ensure timely communication of client or campaign issues to the Operations Manager and take appropriate actions to enhance client satisfaction survey scores.
Responsibilities- Performance Management: Continuously review and manage absenteeism and attrition for all Sales Advisors, ensuring return-to-work and exit interviews are conducted.
- Monitor Performance: Oversee the work performance of all Sales Advisors and conduct quarterly performance reviews, along with monthly one-on-one meetings.
- Recognition and Rewards: Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for their outstanding achievements.
- Goal Direction: Provide clear guidance aligned with the teams sales goals and foster open, two-way communication.
- Team Environment: Cultivate a supportive and team-oriented environment where Advisors take pride in their work.
- Employee Satisfaction: Implement and review actions from employee satisfaction surveys.
- Coaching and Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Sales Advisors, offering opportunities for skill expansion and career growth.
- Call Monitoring: Monitor Advisor calls to ensure quality and adherence to standards, whether via deskside or remote.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level) and Polish (native speaker).
- At least 1 year in sales operations or team leading experience, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- BPO/Contact Centre Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a BPO or contact center environment.
- A dynamic personality to effectively lead and coach a team.
- Sales Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, with a drive to make an impact and share best practices.
