Elevate Sales Performance

SHUTTLE99 OU, a pioneering FinTech company with a no-nonsense approach, is seeking an accomplished sales manager to spearhead sales operations. This role requires someone with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, proficient in setting up S2S tracking and API integration.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily activities, maximize sales team potential, establish sales strategies, and present these plans to senior management.
Main tasks include:
- Managing existing partnerships
- Recruiting new partners
- Streamlining the onboarding process
- A good command of English is essential
- A background in Affiliate Marketing is a must
- Experience with various CRM systems
- Familiarity with sales operations and S2S tracking
- Knowledge of the FinTech industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility with your schedule. Your primary focus should be on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
