SHUTTLE99 OU, a pioneering FinTech company with a no-nonsense approach, is seeking an accomplished sales manager to spearhead sales operations. This role requires someone with a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, proficient in setting up S2S tracking and API integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities, maximize sales team potential, establish sales strategies, and present these plans to senior management.

Main tasks include:

  • Managing existing partnerships
  • Recruiting new partners
  • Streamlining the onboarding process
Requirements
  • A good command of English is essential
  • A background in Affiliate Marketing is a must
  • Experience with various CRM systems
  • Familiarity with sales operations and S2S tracking
  • Knowledge of the FinTech industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous
Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility with your schedule. Your primary focus should be on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
