In a fast-growing staffing firm, our client seeks a high-energy Business Development Manager to take their sales to the next level. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in sales & business development, identifying new client opportunities and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to expand market share and boost revenue.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to refine your approach and stay ahead of the competition.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven B2B sales experience in the staffing industry.
  • A track record of smashing revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to drive results with minimal oversight.
