About Your Business Area/Department:

This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships within our organization.

Summary of the Role:

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding a portfolio of small to medium-sized customer accounts. This includes providing support for clients' operational needs and collaborating with senior management to handle larger accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and nurture existing accounts for assigned customers, adhering to established procedures.
  • Assess client satisfaction, uncover new opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Understand and document the specific needs and expectations of current clients.
  • Ensure timely development and implementation of new products and enhancements as per agreed timelines.
  • Monitor and manage business expenses effectively.
  • In collaboration with the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager:
    • Process operational requests from key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery within defined targets and contractual agreements.
    • Facilitate optimal use of Amadeus technology by key customers, achieving established performance and service metrics.
    • Keep key customers informed about new product and solution releases in a timely manner.
    • Assist in resolving product and technical inquiries directed to Global Customer Services or Account Managers/Senior Account Managers.
    • Support business, functional, and technical consultants in delivering key customer business processes and IT review recommendations.
    • Provide reporting assistance to the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager.
