Job Description
As a Sales Operations Specialist at Assurant, Inc., you will be responsible for collaborating with our buyers and internal partners to onboard new buyers, manage post-sales processes, and enhance the overall buyer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Manage the Keeper process, complete orders, work with internal and external partners to facilitate processes, calculate forecasts, and collaborate with Ops and clients to prepare SKUs for fulfillment.
- Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, internal orders, and other transactions in Oracle.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide support for post-sale processes, including device unlock requests, shipping, and account management activities.
- New Buyer Onboarding: Integrate new buyers into sales and support processes.
- Customer-Driven Inventory Requests: Work with internal partners to manage customer-driven inventory requests.
- Process Improvement: Take ownership of process improvement, working with internal teams to drive simplification and quality.
- Special Projects: Support client supplemental sales platform programs and other special projects as needed.
- System Investigation: Investigate and troubleshoot system issues and buyer questions related to sales orders.
- RMA Request Approval: Review and provide approvals for RMA Requests, collaborating with the Quality Team to improve output.
- Buyer Communication: Assist internal departments with buyer communication (Shipping, Finance, GDO, and Compliance) as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Resilience with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends when required.
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
