What You'll Do: Manage the sales team comprehensively, covering recruitment and performance management; meet gross to net sales budgets; oversee commercial account agreements and distributor contracts; develop sales policies based on market conditions and competition; establish and develop distribution channels in the country; ensure effective logistics and distribution for optimal operations; maintain controlled inventory levels at distributors and trade channels; foster relationships with ECPs and KOLs; engage with customers through market visits to support the sales team; monitor competitors and analyze market trends; work with marketing and education to implement key activities and training; uphold high service levels for customer satisfaction; provide training and support to ECPs and distributors to improve service; ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
