Job Description:

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a talented Retail Sales Director to lead our KO System to sustained growth in assigned retail customers in South Cone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer and shopper value through effective business planning, leadership, and communication. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing joint business plans, leading the development of annual customer plans, and driving customer marketing processes through understanding customer needs. We are looking for a professional with retail management solid expertise, a holistic view of retail operations, strong negotiation skills, and influence. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in Spanish and English are also essential requirements.
