About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Visa Government Solutions team as a Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in government sales and financial services, with expertise in navigating complex deals and managing cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Expand and deepen our public sector sales strategy and delivery in the region.
  2. Identify and execute commercial opportunities in government led projects.
  3. Develop innovative strategies and solutions in collaboration with Visa cross-functional teams.
  4. Partner with our marketing and communication teams to position Visa as a leader in the payments industry.
  5. Continuously review market landscape and recommend new approaches to growing the Visa business.
Necessary Skills
  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
  • 10+ years' experience in government/state-owned enterprise/public sector sales management.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Payments industry.
  • Very strong collaboration and relationship skills required.
