Job Description

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead the development of its indirect sales channel in Argentina. As a key member of the company's commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive volume and turnover growth, ensuring profitability in the indirect sales area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and negotiation techniques, with experience in FMCG companies. A university degree and MBA or postgraduate commercial degree are highly desirable. Advanced English language skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Evaluate market trends and identify business opportunities for operational efficiencies and brand development.
  • Manage promotional funds and exhibition contracts to achieve balanced results.
  • Develop and implement succession plans for the distributor network.
