Job Description: SEEKING A STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SALES MANAGER READY TO EXCEL IN ARGENTINA
Language: FLUENT IN ENGLISH, SPANISH
Responsibilities:Devise and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets by establishing distribution channels.Hire new sales officers for the sales team and train all sales team members.Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of account executives to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.3-5 years of technology sales experience with a focus on outside sales (quota-carrying).Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals.Experience in positioning and selling technology in new markets.Position Overview: This role is critical in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the sales team.
