About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing multiple partners reselling in their designated territory and achieving their targets. This role involves building a successful territory sales plan, running forecast cadence with partners, and tracking indirect pipeline. Additionally, the candidate will support partner practices in managing resources to ensure business-critical and innovative results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Builds a successful territory sales plan including a detailed demand plan focused on strategic goals
  • Runs forecast cadence with partners & tracks Partners indirect pipeline
  • Supports Partner Practices in managing resources, ensuring business critical & innovative results
  • Partner Demand Generation and Pipeline Creation in the assigned territory

Experience & Language Requirements

Minimum 6 years working experience in Sales indirect or partner facing roles (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working at a SAP partner is a plus. Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills, business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners. Effective communication and presentation skills at an executive level.
