- Crafting tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions in solving data management challenges.
- Negotiating and closing deals by understanding client needs, managing negotiations, and securing long-term contracts.
- Identifying and executing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by staying up-to-date on clients' evolving data management needs.
- Collaborating with partners to promote and sell Conciliac's solutions, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles within data management, reconciliation, or business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of data reconciliation processes, data matching, and automation technologies.
- Background in selling solutions that solve complex data challenges in finance, operations, or compliance.
- Experience managing large accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex data workflows and present solutions effectively.
