  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow strategic accounts.
  • Promoting Conciliac's data reconciliation solutions to existing and potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and demonstrating how our platform streamlines complex data processes.
  • Crafting tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions in solving data management challenges.
  • Negotiating and closing deals by understanding client needs, managing negotiations, and securing long-term contracts.
  • Identifying and executing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by staying up-to-date on clients' evolving data management needs.
  • Collaborating with partners to promote and sell Conciliac's solutions, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles within data management, reconciliation, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data reconciliation processes, data matching, and automation technologies.
  • Background in selling solutions that solve complex data challenges in finance, operations, or compliance.
  • Experience managing large accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex data workflows and present solutions effectively.
