Sales Manager Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Commercial Manager at Hitachi Energy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with strategically important customers, and contributing to the overall success of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies for accounts.
  • Defining and proposing sales targets and growth margins.
  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan.
  • Establishing and developing account relationships.
  • Maintaining detailed understanding of customer business strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on market dynamics and macroeconomic influencers.
  • Participating in sales management and leadership to develop and execute account plans.
  • Coordinating activities involving multiple functions across various businesses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree and PM Certification are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to travel 50% of the time.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
