Job Description:

This role will be responsible for implementing different initiatives to drive growth for American Express card portfolios with bank partners in the South Region. The individual will manage day-to-day workings of the partnership, deliver key financial targets, and provide support to develop market-specific strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships with bank partners.
  • Evaluate competitive products and ensure continuous product differentiation.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive acquisition of American Express cards.
  • Work with Marketing teams to increase spend on American Express cards.
  • Secure AXP transactions through network processors.
  • Set Data Strategy Roadmap for business insights and decision-making.
  • Lead business intelligence initiatives to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Good level of understanding of the card market and competitive environment.
  • Analytical individual with financial acumen to deliver aggressive financial goals.
  • Excellent influencing skills to build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proof experience.
  • Ability to work independently and identify unique solutions.
  • Highly energetic / enthusiastic person with a track record that demonstrates ability to execute.
  • English / Spanish language skills required, and relevant cultural knowledge of LAC markets necessary.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with influence on stakeholders.
