The Role: As a Partner Director, you will lead the Partner team in Argentina, focusing on strategic account management and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding the team to prospect new partners, manage key relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive the team toward achieving their objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Partner team in the country, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve OKRs, driving the team toward common goals.
  • Oversee strategic account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.
  • Engage in account management with strategic partners, conducting meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring alignment with their future directions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret reports and data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Influence and secure the resources needed to implement the strategy in alignment with leadership.
