As an energetic and ambitious Affiliates and Partnerships Manager in Latin America – based in Buenos Aires – you will take ownership to the highest level, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement.

Job Description:

  • Drive new partners and manage an existing portfolio while handling end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members.
  • Identify and collaborate with potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer's reach.
  • Create programs and processes to enable channel partnerships to grow at scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships, and creating new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with the ability to drive business end-to-end and execute.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information/data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications.
  • Flexibility to travel.
