The Country Manager, Oracle Academy will lead the Oracle Academy program in Chile, developing and implementing local strategies to promote the program and drive its adoption among education institutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Local Strategies: Design and execute plans to promote Oracle Academy in Chile, leveraging regional initiatives and collaborating with other Oracle teams.
- Build Partnerships: Identify key education institutions and develop account plans or partnerships to recruit and maintain them as Oracle Academy members.
- Member Recruitment and Retention: Recruit new members and work with the Member Services & Engagement team to retain existing ones.
- Strategic Projects: Develop and implement projects to enhance Oracle Academy's impact in designated territories.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with government organizations, universities, and other recognized education partners.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the local education market and ability to think creatively.
