Account Management Specialist for Sustainability SaaS

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at One Click LCA, a leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment in the construction industry. As an Account Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and retention for our small to mid-tier Manufacturing (MFG) customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer segmentation efforts for all MFG accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive revenue expansion and retention
  • Monitor and report data for all accounts to identify opportunities for growth
  • Proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions
  • Own and manage renewals to maximize revenue potential
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attend industry events and support marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, or Account Management
  • Proven track record of driving NRR and revenue expansion
  • Data-driven approach to identifying insights and opportunities
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with LCA, EPDs, and/or sustainability-related fields is a plus
