AIPRM, Corp. is seeking an experienced SaaS Billing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving billing queries and issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve billing queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with our core team to ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and track, prioritize, and address customer issues.
- Work in a 24x5 and later 24x7x365 shift.
- Offer comprehensive support to our customers using Stripe for their transactions.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resilience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS billing support.
- Proficiency with Stripe and Zendesk is a must.
- A strong numerical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and feedback with grace and maturity.
- Preference will be given to mature candidates with a robust background in the field.
