Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage our IT asset portfolio, encompassing hardware, software, and cloud/SaaS assets, to ensure accurate and complete inventories and licensing compliance.
  2. Enhance and implement processes for usage, reclaim licenses, and rationalize products to optimize our technology assets.
  3. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and self-service, and lead activities to realize them.
  4. Maintain metrics and reports to measure performance and deliver necessary information to Technology management.
  5. Remediate assets missing from the Compliance inventory and manage software and SaaS models within our asset management application (ServiceNow).
  6. Support requests for software from our IT Service Management application (ServiceNow).
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders within Technology Governance, other Technology teams, and business units to drive IT asset management initiatives.

Required Skills

  1. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and business sense, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Manage peer and stakeholder relationships, with experience in contract negotiation and supplier management a plus.
  3. Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is required, with experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Cloud Cost Management a plus.
  4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and proficiency in Tableau or Power BI are also required.
