Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the area business plan to achieve sales goals, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and staying informed about market developments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct marketing activities to healthcare professionals, including doctors' group meetings and participation in local conferences.
  • Execute the area business plan to achieve sales goals, within set budgets.
  • Screens accounts in the area to realize potential and preference for Ferring products.
  • Evaluates and corrects the performance of medical representatives based upon set objectives through active coaching and training.
  • Builts and maintains positive working relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Stays informed of new market developments, anticipating potential impacts on the business.
  • Monitors and ensures the use of the sales force reporting system and customer information database.
  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives for the area and team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or a related major.
  • Five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
