Job Title: SAP Sales Distribution Lead

Location: Ontario, Canada (remote work possible)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

As a seasoned Functional Lead with expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), you will play a critical role in leading SAP implementation projects and ensuring the successful integration of these modules into our client's business processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP SD and MM modules to support business processes.
  2. Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and designing SAP solutions to address these needs.
  3. Providing subject matter expertise in SAP SD/MM modules, ensuring optimal use of system functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
  4. Overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP integration and system efficiency.
  6. Driving continuous improvement initiatives, recommending SAP enhancements and optimizing business processes through the effective use of the system.
  7. Leading, mentoring, and training junior team members and end-users to ensure successful project outcomes and knowledge transfer.
  8. Troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD/MM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM modules, including full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants or team members.
