We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Equestrian Retail Sales Associate Lead to join our team at Naylors. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our equestrian, country wear, and pet retail sectors.

Your Role:

As an Equestrian Retail Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through effective product placement, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain a tidy and organized store environment.

Requirements:

To succeed as an Equestrian Retail Sales Associate Lead, you will need:

  • A passion for the equestrian industry and a strong knowledge of products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A keen interest in riding and/or the equine community.
