Town Merchandiser

Role Overview: As a key member of our visual retail team, you will be responsible for driving visual merchandising excellence across our stores. This includes monitoring and encouraging your team to create engaging displays, supporting the retail team to maximize store profitability, and contributing to the development of our visual merchandising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful execution of visual merchandising plans across your stores, including the analysis of sales data to inform display decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to identify opportunities to improve store profitability, and develop and implement plans to achieve this.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

• You have a strong background in visual merchandising, with experience of leading and developing teams to achieve exceptional results.
• You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
• You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and have a strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges faced by our customers.
