At Recruitment Room, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the Fintech sector, specifically in Blockchain and Cybersecurity. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution. This will involve high levels of activity, including prospecting through calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings. You will also be responsible for gathering client requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to meet their needs.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to develop and execute channel and partner strategy programs, focusing on incremental revenue generation. You will handle deals from start to finish, including commercial negotiations, procurement, and closing sales.

You will work closely with local channel partners to facilitate deals and represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other events to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a lead sales executive in the Fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.
  • A self-motivated individual who can operate independently in a territory with remote support.
  • Extensive experience in Blockchain and Cybersecurity is preferred, but not essential.
  • Tech-savvy and self-driven, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • A go-getter who takes initiative and can perform well in an agile startup environment.
  • Knowledge of Blockchain technology is an advantage.
