We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and introducing new business opportunities to Cielo Talent and delivering exceptional results through a team of researchers.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning and delivering retained search assignments, sophisticated networking and sales skills, and deep subject matter expertise in one or more industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of researchers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable track record in winning and delivering retained search assignments
  • Sophisticated networking and sales skills
  • Deep subject matter expertise in one or more industry sectors
  • 10+ years' experience of delivering to revenue targets
  • Considerable experience of senior stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Experience in research-driven executive search environment
  • Ability to write insightful profiles and reports
  • Strong external networks and understanding of best practice
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer:
