This is an excellent opportunity to join Work International as a Bulgarian Customer Support Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Lufthansa passengers via phone.
About the Role:
- You will be working in a remote position based in the Czech Republic.
- As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary contact for Lufthansa passengers and will answer questions related to flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in via phone.
- You will also handle calls from various countries, including Germany, Scandinavia, and the United States.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent Bulgarian language skills.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

- A competitive salary of approximately 50,000 CZK per month, along with a bonus structure that rewards your hard work.
