Job Title: International Business Growth Specialist

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities. As an International Business Growth Specialist, you will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and set up meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify prospective companies and decision-makers in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
  • Qualification: Assess the potential fit of leads and qualify them for further action.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings or demos for our sales team to discuss product value and solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and strategies to reach our target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: In sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication and networking abilities, persistent and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools, ability to quickly learn and articulate product value.
