Business Development Strategist

Adidas Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Strategist to join our Senior Leadership team in Argentina.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategy planning, and project management. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and steering the company's strategic direction, driving execution, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve profitable and sustainable market share growth.
- Strategy Planning: Develop and implement the country Strategic Business Plan across brands and channels, ensuring alignment with the Latin America strategy.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute strategic priorities, drive initiative business owners in setting objectives, developing detailed plans, and KPIs.
- Business Transformation: Lead the country's year priorities agenda, owning and coordinating at least one x-functional enabler for the strategic ambition.
- Business Opportunities: Identify, prepare, and implement business opportunities from conception to implementation, working closely with experts to maximize opportunities and address business needs.
- Business Intelligence: Leverage internal data sources, global advanced analytics capabilities, and external market intelligence research to turn sales, brand, and consumer data into strategic insights for winning the consumer.
