The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a business development position responsible for outbound prospecting, qualification, and sales nurturing to support new sales of e2open's SaaS supply chain solutions. This role involves researching and reaching out to relevant stakeholders, aligned to focused groups of accounts, in an effort to vet mutually aligned supply chain initiatives. A successful SDR must navigate high-level business conversations, positioning e2open's value and educating prospects on the company's unique ability to complement their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage e2open's marketing technology platforms to personalize outreach
- Craft strategic methodologies for outbound prospecting
- Understand and articulate e2open's unique value proposition during initial discovery calls
- Nurture relationships using multi-channel prospecting tactics
- Position e2open's value to address account business challenges
- 1-3+ years of business development, sales development, or sales experience
- Proven success in a sales-oriented role
