Transforming Business through Strategic Partnerships

We're seeking an innovative and results-driven Strategic Accounts and Partnerships Lead to join our team at Articul8 AI. As a key player in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), you'll be responsible for building and growing relationships with partners, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition amongst the partners' audience.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  1. Developing and managing new accounts, maintaining current business relationships, and assisting with the implementation of strategic sales and marketing business plans.
  2. Acting as a liaison between Articul8 and Strategic Partners (B2B partners, etc).
  3. Building and growing relationships with partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  4. Identifying and pitching opportunities to partners to add value and drive sales.
  5. Maintaining a calendar of acquisition-focused opportunities and events at least 90 days out.
  6. Attending and engaging in partner events, including virtual and live events.
  7. Collaborating with Marketing to create collateral for partnerships and events.
  8. Creating partner contracts, purchase links, and attribution tracking.
  9. Reporting monthly on leads, sales, and retention.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  1. 10+ years professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel management, market development, and/or sales management.
  2. C-Level customer engagement experience.
  3. Strong customer service skills and oral/written communication.
  4. Ability to manage potentially challenging partner personalities and gain partner trust.
  5. Strong follow-up on communication with partners and internal teams.
  6. Ability to serve partners and potential customers outside of normal business hours.
