This exciting new role will collaborate with a highly cross-functional team to design and deliver state-of-the-art digital learning solutions that engage and develop employees across the organization.
This role will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing the leadership capabilities of our employees, while leveraging the principles of organizational psychology to enhance our organizational effectiveness.
You are someone who believes in showing work in-progress and are comfortable taking and giving feedback to improve a project. You want to learn something new and push your skills into unfamiliar territories, but also love the idea of influencing the way teams work through your accomplishments and experiences. You enjoy throwing creative solutions at a problem and have the ability to step back to evaluate the measurable success of your approach.
**Your Impact**
- Leadership Development
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of current and emerging leaders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and align program objectives with business goals
- Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and coaching sessions on various leadership competencies, including strategic thinking, effective communication, change management, and decision-making
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Help to drive the success of our FLEXLead Program by developing creative solutions to challenging problems
- Organizational Psychology
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement, such as talent retention, employee engagement, and team effectiveness
- Develop strategies and interventions to address organizational challenges and enhance overall effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management in talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes
- Learning and Development
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences, incorporating various modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual platforms
- Ensure the integration of industry best practices and the latest trends in leadership development and organizational psychology into learning initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis
- Project Management and Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective utilization of resources
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and leadership, to align talent development initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Foster strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and resources for talent development initiatives
**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, organizational behavior, human resources, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent military experience required
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a talent development specialist, learning and development professional, or organizational psychologist, with a focus on leadership development
- Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and frameworks, with the ability to customize approaches to align with the unique needs of the cybersecurity industry
- Proficiency in conducting organizational assessments, utilizing psychometric tools, and interpreting assessment results
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the creation of engaging learning experiences
