Business Development Specialist – Staffing & Talent Solutions Ready to drive explosive sales growth in a fast-growing staffing firm? Our client, a leading staffing and headhunting firm, is on the lookout for a high-energy Business Development Manager to take their sales to the next level.

What You'll DoLead the charge in sales & business development, identifying new client opportunities and closing deals.Develop and execute winning sales strategies to expand market share and boost revenue.Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.Hit aggressive targets, bringing in 10+ new clients in supply chain/logistics and administrative roles.Analyze market trends and sales data to refine your approach and stay ahead of the competition.What You BringProven B2B sales experience in the staffing industry.A track record of smashing revenue targets and growing client portfolios.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.A growth mindset and the ability to drive results with minimal oversight.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Perks & Compensation$1,500 – $1,800 USD/month base salary + 5% commission on generated revenue.
First-year goal: 10 new clients in key Florida markets (Orlando, Tampa, Miami).
?Preference for someone who can visit Florida in person twice per year.
