We're seeking a skilled Senior 1st Line Analyst to join our Service Desk team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
About the Role
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and escalating as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Desk Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support activities.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, contributing to the improvement of our service offering.
- Support junior team members, providing training and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage major incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong technical ability, with a practical problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
