About the Role

The English Help Desk Customer Service Agent will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hardware and software, as well as provide product information and answer service and technical questions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
