Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution while providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner. Requirements:

This part-time position offers flexible schedule options, including morning and evening shifts, Monday through Saturday.
