Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a German language customer support specialist to join our team in Malta. This role requires providing high-quality service to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexible scheduling from 7 PM to midnight for 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat while ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor during customer interactions and provide top-notch support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and escalate recurring issues as necessary.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to assisting customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
