Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Malta)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. As a native or fluent Norwegian speaker, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

This role offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site training and remote work, with flexible shifts either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekend or late shifts as required.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in B2 English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
