Customer Support Expert for German Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers in the German market.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is around €25,000 - €30,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, providing positive, empathetic, and professional support related to our online marketplace. You will also be required to view and review user-generated content, ensuring it meets our guidelines.
You will work in a rotational shift-based environment, with 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The initial training will be on-site at the office, and you can work from home once the Manager/Trainer approves your ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- No experience is required, though customer service experience is a bonus
- Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions
- German (native or advanced) and English (conversational) language skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and follow procedures
- Work from home in Malta with a hybrid setup
