Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Hungary. As a German-speaking specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients of a leading financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and navigate documentation systems to enhance service delivery.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in customer interactions to improve service delivery and communicate insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Tech Skills: Strong user knowledge of common PC applications and ability to navigate software platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, and reliability in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Communication: Effective conversation skills, showcasing linguistic fluency and clear pronunciation in German.
  • Teamwork: Ability to thrive in team settings, contributing positively to the group dynamic and fostering collaboration.
