Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B SaaS clients. You'll work 2 hours per day, focusing on building effective lead-generation strategies using tools like Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SmartLead, and other Outbound Tools.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be tasked with creating cold outbound messaging, A/B Testing messaging, and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Launching one campaign per day using Clay and Smartlead
- Creating and executing cold outbound strategies and messaging, improving engagement and conversion
- Utilizing lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads
- Coordinating with our sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality
- Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting tactics to optimize outreach efforts
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies
- A strong working knowledge of Clay.com (at least 3 months' experience)
- Experience with Apollo/Hubspot (at least 1 year)
- C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- An hourly rate of $9-$12 per hour
- A part-time schedule of 2 hours per day, flexible within the EST time zone
