Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Part-Time B2B SaaS Lead Builder to support our team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will work 2 hours per day, focusing on building effective lead-generation strategies using tools like Clay.com, Apollo, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SmartLead, and other Outbound Tools.
You'll be tasked with creating cold outbound messaging, A/B Testing messaging, and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Responsibilities include launching one campaign a day using Clay and Smartlead, creating and executing cold outbound strategies and messaging, utilizing lead generation platforms to identify and track potential leads, coordinating with sales and recruitment teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality, and monitoring performance metrics to adjust tactics and optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong working knowledge of Clay.com (at least 3 months of experience).
- 1+ year of experience with Apollo/Hubspot.
- C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $9 - $12 per hour.
- Part-time schedule: 2 hours per day, flexible within EST time zone.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated hourly salary range for this position is between $9-$12 per hour. The total annual salary would be approximately $18,720 - $24,960 per year, assuming a 20-hour workweek.
