Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for various B2B SaaS clients.
- Create and execute cold outreach strategies, improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilize lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot to identify and track potential leads.
- Coordinate with our sales and recruitment teams to ensure messaging alignment and lead quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, specifically for B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong working knowledge of Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
- C1+ level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Proven success in developing ICPs and cold outreach messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
